RETURNS
You can return an item within 14 days after receiving your order.
Just inform us by email ([email protected]) with your order number, product you wish to return and the reason. We will get back to you with instructions within 5 business days.
The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges
Items must be returned under the following conditions:
With tags, seals and intimate protectors (if applicable);
In the original packaging with all accessories;
Clean and without signs of use or washing, no odors or stains (please ensure all items are tried on over underwear and are not damaged by the transfer of make-up or deodorant).
All returned items will be analyzed by our team and we will get back to you by email within 7 business days with the exchange credit or chargeback information. Products returned outside of the above conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to the buyer upon payment of new shipping fee.
IMPORTANT:
Legwear (socks, tights, leg warmers, knee pads) is not returnable.
Rolling does not offer exchanges, only store credit or refund.
